APhA2026 is the place to be for the pharmacy profession. Join us in L.A. to meet leading minds in pharmacy, discover leading education, earn CE credits, and upgrade your practice. It’s all happening in one place, at APhA2026.

Automated doors for wheelchair accessibility are located at the entrances throughout the Convention Center. Scooters are available for rental. Reserve your equipment in advance to ensure your needs can be accommodated. Ready to lock in for APhA2026? Head to the App Store or Google Play Store now and search for “APhA Events.”

If you have the app installed from previous APhA annual meetings, you will need to delete it before downloading the new one.

To log into the app:

  1. Use the email address that you used to register.
  2. A log in code will be sent to that email. Please be sure to check any junk or spam folders you have if you do not receive an email right away.
  3. Problems, questions with logging in, please email registration@aphanet.org.

The APhA2026 app is the primary channel to receive comprehensive information about Annual Meeting & Exposition activities while on site in Los Angeles.

With the mobile app, you can:

  1. Create your schedule—browse sessions and events by date, speaker, presentation topic, and more, and "bookmark" sessions to add them to your calendar.
  2. Update your profile – Click on the hamburger menu top left, then click on the circle with your initials to populate your profile information. When completed hit submit.
  3. View a complete list of exhibitors and "favorite" ones you'd like to visit.
  4. Communicate directly with other attendees.
  5. Post directly onto the Event feed on the app.

Los Angeles Convention Center, Level 1 Concourse Hall

The LACC Business Center is located in the Concourse Hall corridor next to the vending machines and is operated and managed by Image Quest Plus, an LA-based business services company. Services available include copying, printing, faxing, scanning, banners/signs, small package shipping and receiving, office supplies. The LACC Business Center can also offer luggage and coat check services at a nominal fee. Please contact the LACC Business Center at 213.765.4210.

There are two electronic charging stations in the Center. One located outside of West Hall, and one located outside of the Business Center.

Please note that children under the age of 18 years are not permitted in the education sessions or the Exposition (to include the Opening Reception in the Exposition). This includes children in strollers and carriers.

Travelers are advised to apply for visas well in advance of intended travel dates. Although APhA may not provide official travel endorsement, a letter of invitation is available. Award dinners, general sessions, and certain other events may begin with a moment of reflection. As members of a healing profession, each of us has a lot to be thankful for. We would like to give you an opportunity to reflect or express your thanks in your own personal way by pausing for a moment of silence and reflection.

Los Angeles Convention Center recognizes public accommodation for all breastfeeding mothers in any authorized public locations. For those requiring additional privacy, the Center has two lactation rooms for nursing mothers, located in the First Aid offices in South Hall Lobby (main level by Pico Street entrance) and in West Hall Lobby (outside Hall A – across from Petree C).

Your badge is your entry ticket. Tickets may be purchased for unregistered guests via the registration process for $50 (tickets will not be available at the door). Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and cash bars will be available. Bring proper ID for the purchase of alcohol.

Due to insurance and safety regulations, no one under 18 is permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

Any person who attends an APhA Annual Meeting & Exposition event grants permission to APhA, its employees, and its agents (collectively “APhA”) to record their visual/audio images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use their name and such images for any purpose of APhA, including advertisements for APhA and its programs.

Portions of APhA2026 may be recorded for webcasting and other marketing/education purposes. Unauthorized audiotaping and videotaping are prohibited.
