Press Registration and Guidelines

A limited number of press passes will be made available for APhA2025 to journalists from accredited news organizations and media outlets.

APhA will consider providing press passes to journalists actively on assignment, including photojournalists, videographers, podcasters, producers, bloggers, web-based media professionals, writers focusing on general health and pharmacy specific medical topics, and news staff from medical journals.

APhA reserves the right to limit the number of press registrations to two representatives per outlet unless an exception is granted.

The content presented during APhA2025 is the opinion of the speakers and does not necessarily reflect the opinions, policies, or positions of APhA. Any activity not included in the APhA2025 program is not sanctioned by APhA and does not have any affiliation with APhA.

Members of the press are welcome to attend sessions as observers. However, press must vacate their seat in sessions that only have standing room in favor of paying attendees.

Press representatives with valid credentials who fail to adhere to these guidelines will forfeit their press credential access to APhA2025 and may face restrictions to cover future APhA events. APhA reserves the right to refuse or revoke press privileges at any time before or during the meeting.

You may apply for media credentials to APhA2025 by agreeing to the guidelines, policies, and ground rules along with filling out the intake form linked below.

Any coverage that you have of APhA2025 must be submitted within 2 weeks of the final day of the meeting so we may amplify the coverage across our channels. You can send all coverage to media@aphanet.org.

CPE credit will not be granted with press registration to APhA2025. Paid registration to the meeting is the only way to obtain CPE.

For APhA staff interview requests, please media@aphanet.org contact our communications team.

Please do not send media registration requests to this email address.
