As the paradigm continues to shift from traditional fill and bill pharmacist services to direct patient care, community pharmacists have the opportunity to expand clinical services. This unique session will review how the paradigm is shifting in the community to allow pharmacists to practice at the top of their license and use their knowledge and skills. Scalable workflow solutions currently being implemented, use of pharmacy extenders at a higher level, and future directions will be shared by a panel of clinical pharmacy providers and leaders from chain and independent pharmacy.
