The IMPACT Care Transformation Forum brings together pharmacists with years of experience implementing pharmacy research and innovation projects to elaborate on successes and learnings in their practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how they can work with the APhA Foundation to improve patient care and be paid for pharmacists’ services. Opportunities that will be discussed include diabetes prevention/management programs, cardiovascular health services, vaccine confidence initiatives, and more.
