Launched in 2017, Project IMPACT: Diabetes Prevention was developed to expand the pharmacy profession’s effort to build infrastructure within pharmacy practices across the United States to expand access to the CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program. In this session, pharmacists that developed, implemented and scaled the DPP to thousands of patients will discuss strategies for Practice innovation and payment and payment for clinical services.
