With the Supreme Court’s latest decision in Dobbs V Jackson Women’s Health Organization, pharmacists are now facing uncertainty in how their clinical decision on prescribing and/or dispensing certain medications will affect their practice and license. This essential session will discuss legal and ethical implications for pharmacists considering the Dobbs decision. Pharmacy experts currently offering contraceptive services will also discuss how the decision has impacted practice on the front lines.
