Final Program – SOLD
Exclusive support of the Final Program includes a 4-color ad on the back cover. The Final Program is distributed to attendees and contains information for navigating APhA2020.
Wifi Buyout – $35,000
The Wifi provides coverage in all APhA meeting space at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Supporter logo is included on the splash page when attendees connect to the Internet. Supporter is recognized throughout the event, including branded signage in APhA meeting areas.
Presentation Theaters – $27,500 each
The Presentation Theaters provide a forum to present information on your company, specific products, practice topics, and therapeutic areas by company-designated presenters. Cyber Café – $25,000
Located in the registration area, computer stations provide your company with recognition in the Final Program, a banner at the Cyber Café, and link to home page on computer screens. Supporter may provide customized mousepads if desired.
Headshot Café – SOLD
The Headshot Café will be located at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Attendees are required to visit the supporter’s booth to receive a voucher for their photo session. APhA coordinates all logistics of the Headshot Café, including the presence of photographers and makeup artists, development of the voucher, and attendee traffic in the Café area.
Opening Reception in the Exposition – $20,000
Your company is the center of attention as we kick off APhA2020 with the Opening Reception in the Exposition. Don't miss your opportunity to stand out from the crowd by supporting this signature networking event!
Neck Wallets – SOLD
Neck wallets are provided to attendees with their badges. The supporter logo is prominently displayed on the front of each neck wallet and is worn by all attendees.
Registration Bags – SOLD
Receive prominent company recognition with your logo and the APhA2020 logo imprinted on a high-quality registration bag. Registration bags are distributed to each meeting attendee and can be used throughout the year.
Relaxation Station – SOLD
Attendees must visit supporter's booth to receive a ticket in order to receive their "complimentary" back massage. Support includes signage with the company name and booth number at the massage station and a promotional sign in supporter's booth. The massage station is located near registration and the exhibit hall entrance.
Hotel Key Cards – $15,000

Aisle Signs – SOLD

The Annual Meeting website (www.aphameeting.org) is the primary marketing vehicle for APhA2020. With 400,000 page views in 2019, this sole-supporter advertising vehicle provides a tremendous opportunity for exposure. Recognition includes animated banner on the home page hyperlinked to supporter's website.
Charging Stations – $13,500 each
Your company's video message is on a continuous loop at each charging station while attendees power-up their smart phones, laptops, and other wireless devices.
Entrance Door Clings – $7,500
Grab the attention of attendees the minute they arrive with your company's 4-color logo and booth number prominently displayed on the exterior doors of the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Decals are approximately 24" x 12". Fee includes production and installation.
Treasure Hunt – $1,500
The Treasure Hunt is a fun, interactive game that attendees play via the Mobile App. It’s an easy and cost-effective way to increase traffic to your booth.
- Each participating exhibitor is given a code.
- Attendees visit all of the participating booths and collect the codes to become eligible for a cash prize.
