Remington Honor Medal Dinner (ticket required)


The Remington Honor Medal is the pharmacy profession’s highest honor. Named for eminent community pharmacist, manufacturer, and educator Joseph P. Remington, the award recognizes distinguished service on behalf of American pharmacy during the preceding years, culminating in the past year, or during a long period of outstanding or fruitful achievement. 2019 marks the Centennial of the presentation of the first Remington Honor Medal to James Hartley Beal in 1919. Tickets are $165 and may be purchased online. A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased online. Online ticket sales for the Remington Dinner close at midnight on Thursday, March 21. After that time, tickets can be obtained at APhA Information Central, Level 4 (top of escalators), if space is available.

The event is open seating. For individuals or organizations purchasing a table (10 seats), the table will be marked “Reserved” to ensure that all of your guests are seated together. To purchase tables, contact Linda Gainey at 202-429-7567.
