Preceptor Check-In: Focusing on Learner Diversity

Description

Misunderstandings or even conflicts can arise when preceptors and learners represent different cultural or generational groups. It’s important that we recognize lapses in our perspective and thoughtfully bridge those divides to provide a more effective learning experience. Attend this timely session to identify and address potential challenges in accommodating a learner’s generational, cultural, and/or religious needs.
