Management Workshop III: From Solid Idea to Successful Business

Description

You have new ideas for your practice—and that’s important in today’s changing pharmacy landscape. But going from idea to implementation takes planning, especially when it comes to delegating new tasks and making sure your team is fully on board. Hear directly from three entrepreneurs who walked the talk and transformed their ideas into successful businesses.
