Create  a Health Care Dream Team: How to Collaborate with Physicians

Description

It’s a fact: Collaborating with physicians can tangibly improve patient outcomes. Such collaboration is common in ambulatory care clinics but not in community pharmacy settings. Why? Often, because physicians and others don’t realize just how much pharmacists can contribute. Learn the secrets to overcoming barriers to collaboration directly from pharmacists engaged in successful health care “dream teams.”
