59 1/2 Minutes: "The Marijuana Talk" for Patients

Description

As more states legalize medical marijuana, patients are turning to health care providers for advice and information: What are the risks? The benefits? Many patients with medical and/or psychiatric illness already use marijuana recreationally, with little knowledge of its effects. The time has come to educate your patients on the facts. In this 60 Minutes–style profile, hear an expert discuss her experiences talking and listening to patients about marijuana using objective, scientific data. You’ll learn about risks, benefits, restrictions, and seductions your patients face in considering cannabis.
