When and where is APhA2020?
APhA2020 will be held in National Harbor, MD. The official dates are Friday, March 20-Monday, March 23, 2020. APhA Advanced Training Programs are scheduled for Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20.
Where is the meeting located?
The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center is the headquarter hotel, with several nearby hotel options. All events take place at the Gaylord National.
How many people will be at the conference?
The APhA Annual Meeting and Exposition attracts nearly 6,000 attendees each year.
What is the dress code?
Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and most importantly, comfortable shoes. We recommend dressing in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. Visit weather.com for the forecast prior to travel.
Will there be family activities?
The Spouse/Guest registration fee is for non-pharmacist guests who wish to attend the Exposition, Opening Reception, and Closing Event. Continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits are not awarded to spouse/guest registrants. For assistance with area attractions, tours, or childcare, contact your hotel concierge.

How do I register?
Registration for APhA2020 opens in October.
When can I make my hotel reservation?
Hotel reservations will open in October. APhA2020 offers guaranteed lowest rates. Rooms must be booked through Expovision, the official APhA2020 Hotel Reservation Office.

What is the maximum number of continuing pharmacy education credits I can receive at APhA2020?
APhA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). The APhA Contributed Papers Program is open. The submission deadline is Wednesday, October 2.
Do you have to be an APhA member in order to present an abstract?
APhA membership is not required in order to present an abstract.
