Description

Many hospitals and health systems struggle to comply with The Joint Commission 2018 standards and survey process. Pharmacists play an important role in their health system’s survey readiness—especially considering the Medication Management chapter. In this session, an expert will share information about standards impacting pharmacists, along with updates, activities, and strategies for survey readiness.
