Keynote Presentation: Overcoming Burnout: Building Resilience at Work and Home

Description

How can you avoid burnout in your work and home? Flexibility, adaptability, tenacity, perseverance—all are elements of resilience. Resilience is one of those intangible traits that everyone wants but no one quite understands how to get. It allows you to quickly adjust to changing circumstances, cope with pressure, and maintain your sense of control. This hands-on session will help you build up your own resilience and introduce you to strategies to beat burnout at work and in your everyday life.

The general session begins at 9:00 a.m.; this keynote presentation follows at 10:00 a.m.
