How to Turn Your Clinical Practice into Publications That Make a Difference

Description

“Maybe pharmacists make a difference in patients’ outcomes and maybe they don’t.” “Pharmacists dispense medicines.” Tired of hearing this? Do something about it! Join us on Sunday morning and learn how to craft publications on your clinical research that will make a difference. Expert pharmacist clinical research scientists will lead you through a lively and engaging learning session designed to instruct you how to optimally generate publications that make a difference! This session is targeted to pharmacy residents, students, faculty members and ‘frontline’ pharmacists who are involved in innovative practices.  Attendees will work through guidance algorithms on how to use various pharmacist intervention services reporting tools – from project design to manuscript submission to peer-reviewed journals, including a never before revealed tool specifically developed for reporting pharmacists’ patient care interventions.
