Exhibits

Network with federal pharmacists and key decision-makers from the U.S. Public Health Service, Department of Veterans Affairs, Army, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard. The program begins with a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, March 23 and continues with education on Friday, March 24.

The FPhF Exhibit Hall will be located at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. The Exhibit Hall will be open during the Thursday Welcome Reception, 1900-2100, and on Friday, 0730-1300.

Industry personnel may attend by choosing a support level below. All levels of support include:

  • Three (3) FPhF Registrations
  • 10x10' Booth with table/chairs
  • Listing in Final Program and on signage
  • Lunch and Coffee Breaks in the Exhibit Hall
  • Challenge Coin
  • Participation in education sessions; includes continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits
  • Pre- and post-show registration list

Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall — $7,500 (exclusive)

The Welcome Reception serves as the "kick-off" for FPhF 2023! With over 300 attendees, the Reception provides an informal atmosphere to mix and mingle with federal pharmacy professionals and industry partners. Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages are provided, cash bar available. The Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday, March 23, 1900-2100, in the FPhF Exhibit Hall.

Federal Pharmacy Forum Boxed Luncheon — $5,000 (exclusive)

Show federal pharmacists and pharmacy technicians your appreciation by supporting a boxed luncheon in the FPhF Exhibit Hall on Friday, March 24, 1215-1300.

Challenge Coin — $3,000

The Challenge Coin will be distributed to every attendee. Supporter logo will be included on one side of the coin. Along with the coin is a history of the Challenge Coin and an invitation to visit the booth of the supporter.

Federal Pharmacy Forum Coffee Breaks— $1,000 each

The morning coffee breaks will be held on Friday, March 24 (0730-0830 and 1000-1030) in the FPhF Exhibit Hall.
