How to Calm the Storm: Managing Conflict with Learners

Description

Do you find it difficult to handle conflict with learners or other members of the health care team? Do generational differences cause even more difficulty? Sometimes, the preceptor struggles to develop a rapport with the student—or simply perceives the student as challenging.
