Get the maximum benefit of APhA2017 when you select the Premium Registration Package. The Premium Package includes registration, Meeting Highlights Video on Demand, and continuing education. The Video on Demand includes 12 of our most popular education sessions from APhA2017 equaling 24 hours of additional CPE credit that will be video recorded and available for home study credit. #Nonmembers should register at the Full Conference Nonmember rate and as a bonus receive one year of APhA membership. Membership is activated on April 15, 2017.
*New Practitioners are pharmacists within five years of graduation.

All registration categories include one Opening Reception and Closing Reception ticket. Additional tickets for non-registered guests are $50.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor badge registration is now open. Exhibitor badges can be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk located in the Moscone Convention Center, Exhibit Hall ABC beginning Thursday, March 23 at 2:00 PM. Badges will not be mailed in advance.

Registration Discounts

New Practitioners, Technicians, Postgraduates/Residents, and Students
APhA offers discounted registration fees for new practitioners, technicians, postgraduates/residents, and students. No other promotional offers or discounts apply to these categories. 

APhA Pharmacist Members — Redeem Your APhA Member Discount Coupon!

Member Pharmacists can enter code MBM2016 to receive an instant $50 Annual Meeting discount. This code must be applied during the registration process. The discount cannot be applied after registration is complete and/or combined with any other offer.

Nonmembers save too 

Register at the full 4-day nonmember rate and receive one year of APhA membership. When you register, you are automatically enrolled as an APhA member on April 15, 2017. As such, nonmember rates apply for additional offerings and other activities offered at APhA2017.

If you would like to receive the reduced member rate for APhA2017 and obtain discounts on other APhA activities and products at the meeting, join APhA online at pharmacist.com/join first and then register at the appropriate member rate.  

Justification Tool Kit

Prior to the conference, you may need to convince your manager(s) to invest their professional development funds in your attendance. The cost of attendance consists of the registration fee, travel costs, and time-away-from-work costs. The Justification Tool Kit will help get you started—customize it to suit you and your organization's needs! 

SELECT Registration

If you have attended the past two APhA conferences and paid the pharmacist full conference registration fee you have achieved SELECT status. Congratulations! SELECT attendees receive a ribbon and custom print created exclusively for APhA by renowned artist Patrick O'Brien. Enter the Select Code, provided with your Select invitation, for this exclusive offer. For questions regarding Select Status, contact the APhA InfoCenter.

Payment

Payment for registration must be in U.S. dollars and may be paid by check drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to APhA. MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover are also accepted for payment. Use the grid above to determine your registration fee. Note your member status within APhA determines your registration fee. Contact the APhA InfoCenter for more information.

APhA accepts purchase orders from federal government agencies and military institutions only. Purchase orders are accepted via mail and fax (not via the Internet) and must be submitted with a registration form. You must provide a credit card guarantee with your initial registration and purchase order. If the check isn’t received within 30 days after the meeting, your credit card will be charged for the full amount.

Confirmation and Badges

Registration confirmations are sent via email within two business days of receipt of your registration. Review your confirmation thoroughly to ensure your registration includes everything you are expecting. Exhibitors should report to the Exhibitor Desk.

NEW THIS YEAR: Badges and tickets are not sent in advance; they are distributed on site.

Changes and Corrections

To make changes or corrections to your registration, click on the appropriate link in the confirmation email. Changes and corrections may also be submitted to the APhA InfoCenter through March 20. Changes and corrections required after this date must be made on site.

Cancellations

All registration cancellations must be in writing to the APhA InfoCenter. Cancellations received by February 24 are refunded less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds are made for cancellations received after February 24. Ticketed event fees are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled by APhA.

Ticketed Events

The APhA Advanced Training Programs do NOT require Annual Meeting registration to participate. Other additional offerings require Annual Meeting registration. These fees are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled by APhA. 

Spouse/Guest Registration

The Spouse/Guest registration category is for non-pharmacist spouses or guests who wish to visit the Exposition, and attend the Opening Reception and Closing Reception. Continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits are NOT awarded to spouse/guest registrants.

International Attendees

The U.S. Department of State is the official United States visa information source with information about visa requirements, U.S. embassy and consulate locations worldwide, and wait times for visa interview appointments/processing. Travelers are advised to apply for visas well in advance of intended travel dates. Although APhA may not provide official travel endorsement, a Letter of Invitation is available by completing the Letter of Invitation request form. 

Children

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or educational sessions at any time due to insurance liability issues. This includes children in strollers and carriers.
