Pharmacy Today, JAPhA, and Student Pharmacist are distributed at APhA2018. Pharmacy Today APhA2018 Annual Meeting Edition, the official APhA2018 publication, is distributed to meeting attendees.

Final Program — SOLD
Single-sponsorship of the APhA2018 Final Program includes a 4-color ad on the back cover. The Final Program is distributed to all attendees and contains all information for navigating APhA2018.

Wifi Buyout — SOLD
The Wifi provides coverage in all APhA meeting space at the Music City Center. Supporter logo is included on the splash page when attendees connect to the Internet. Supporter is recognized throughout the event, including branded signage in APhA meeting areas in addition to recognition on the APhA2018 Website and in the Final Program.

Cyber Café — $25,000
Located in the registration area, computer stations provide your company with recognition in the Final Program, a banner at the Cyber Café, and link to home page on computer screens. Supporter may provide customized mousepads if desired.

Presentation Theaters — $25,000 each
The Presentation Theaters provide a forum to present information on your company, specific products, practice topics, and therapeutic areas by company-designated presenters. Headshot Café — SOLD
The Headshot Café is located on Main Street in the Music City Center.  Attendees are required to visit the supporter’s booth to receive a voucher for their photo session.  APhA coordinates all logistics of the Café including the presence of photographers and makeup artists, development of the voucher, and attendee traffic in the Café area.

Opening Reception in the Exposition $20,000
Your company will be the center of attention as we kick off APhA2018 with the Opening Reception on the exhibit floor. Don't miss your opportunity to stand out from the crowd by supporting the signature networking event of APhA2018!

Neck Wallets — SOLD
The supporter logo is prominently displayed on the front of each neck wallet worn by all attendees.  Neck wallets are provided with each badge as attendees check in at meeting registration.

Relaxation Station — SOLD
Attendees must visit supporter's booth to receive a ticket in order to receive their "complimentary" back massage. Support includes signage with the company name and booth number at the massage station and a promotional sign in supporter's booth. The massage station is located near registration and the exhibit hall entrance.

Aisle Signs — $15,000
As attendees walk through the Exposition, they will see your company’s logo showcased on each aisle sign. This is a great way to raise visibility and keep your brand in front of attendees throughout the meeting.

Lapel Pins — SOLD
Another traffic builder! An ad in the APhA2018 Final Program and on the Meeting App directs attendees to supporter's booth to receive their 4-color APhA2018 lapel pin. Supporter's logo is printed on the pin card.

Web Site Banner — SOLD
The APhA website (www.aphameeting.org) is the primary marketing vehicle for APhA2018; with 285,000 page views in 2017, this sole-supporter advertising vehicle provides a tremendous opportunity for exposure. Recognition includes animated banner on the home page hyperlinked to supporter's website.

Charging Stations — $12,000 each
Your company's video message will be on a continuous loop at each charging station while attendees power-up their smart phones, laptops, and other wireless devices.

Registration Bags — SOLD
Receive prominent company recognition with your logo and the APhA2018 logo imprinted on a high-quality registration bag. Registration bags are distributed to each meeting attendee and can be used throughout the year.

Entrance Door Clings — $7,500
Grab the attention of attendees the minute they arrive at the Music City Center. Prominently display your company's 4-color logo and booth number on the exterior doors of the Music City Center. Decals are approximately 24" x 12". Fee includes production and installation.

Poster Session Refreshment Break — $5,000
Encourage poster session viewing by supporting a refreshment break. Attendees can have a snack, utilizing supporter-provided napkins imprinted with logo if desired.

Mobile Application Alerts — starting at $750 each

Postgraduate Pharmacy Education and Training Programming

  • Community-based Pharmacy Residency Program Directors and Preceptors Open Forum: Designed to allow fellow program directors and preceptors to discuss the APhA/ASHP PGY1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency Accreditation Standard, the matching program, centralized application process, and other important community-based residency training opportunities and challenges. This program is conducted in collaboration with ASHP. Over 125 directors and preceptors attend this educational forum.
  • Community-based Pharmacy Residency Program Residents Open Forum: Community-based pharmacy residents can share peer to peer experiences, discuss residency training opportunities and challenges, and network. Over 125 CPRP residents attend this educational forum.
  • Community-based Pharmacy Residency Networking Reception: Recognizes the recipient of the APhA Community Pharmacy Residency Excellence in Precepting Award and for program directors, preceptors, and residents to network.
  • APhA Postgraduate Training, Education, and Certification Exposition: Targeted to student pharmacists and practicing pharmacists who are interesting in pursuing a residency program or other postgraduate opportunities. Student pharmacists have an opportunity to meet representatives from pharmacy residency programs and other postgraduate training programs nationwide. 

Joint NANP and APhA-APPM Nuclear Pharmacists Reception — Supported
This reception provides nuclear pharmacists an opportunity to share and recognize innovations in practice and to mentor student pharmacists considering a specialty in nuclear pharmacy practice.

APhA-APPM Nuclear Pharmacists’ Breakfast and SIG Business Meeting — Call for pricing
This breakfast provides attendees with information on educational programming, legislative and regulatory activities, practice-based issues impacting nuclear pharmacy practice, and an opportunity to network with fellow colleagues and leaders. The APhA-APPM William H. Briner Distinguished Achievement Award in Nuclear Pharmacy Practice is also presented during the meeting.

APhA-APPM and APhA-APRS Networking and Recognition Reception — $10,000
This reception recognizes incoming and outgoing Academy leaders for their service to APhA. Attendees have an opportunity to learn about more leadership opportunities and network with leaders and fellow colleagues. All APhA Annual Meeting attendees are welcome to attend.

Community Pharmacy Residency Showcase and Networking Reception — $10,000
The residency showcase is designed to inform pharmacy students about community pharmacy residency training opportunities in chain, supermarket and independent pharmacies. Set in an exhibit style format, information is provided about career advancing training experiences. Over 750 students participate at this event. The Networking Reception provides an opportunity for community residency program directors, preceptors, residents and students interested in community pharmacy residencies to share information and best practices. Over 125 attendees on an annual basis.

APhA Pharmacy Management Excellence Award — $10,000
This premier award is intended to recognize an APhA member in any practice setting who has distinguished himself/herself and the profession by sustained outstanding performance and achievement in the area of pharmacy management.

APhA-APPM Nuclear Pharmacists Reception — $8,000
This reception provides an opportunity for nuclear pharmacists to share innovations in practice and mentor student pharmacists who are considering a nuclear pharmacy specialty.

APhA-APPM and APhA-APRS Recognition Luncheon — $7,500
This luncheon recognizes the leaders in the APhA Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management and the APhA Academy of Pharmaceutical Research and Science. These individuals have contributed to the advancement of practice/research in their setting/field of interest.

APhA Community Pharmacy Residency Program Excellence in Precepting Award — $5,000
This award recognizes a community pharmacy residency director or preceptor who has demonstrated excellence in precepting, mentoring, leadership, and community pharmacy residency program administration.

APhA-APPM Distinguished Achievement Award in Pharmacy Management — $5,000
This award recognizes significant or sustained contributions in the area of pharmacy management and the encouragement of others to pursue scholarly activities and practical pharmacy research that has had a significant impact on the quality of patient care and/or cost containment.

APhA-APPM Distinguished Achievement Award in Pharmacy Practice — $5,000
This award recognizes significant or sustained contributions to pharmacy practice through the development and/or implementation of an innovative, original pharmacy program or service.

APhA-APPM Distinguished Achievement Award in Service — $5,000
This award recognizes significant or sustained contributions in the area of service at the community, their state, or the national level. Service activities would include community service, service to the profession, and service to APhA. Nominees would have mentored and inspired individuals to participate in service activities and through their leadership have contributed to the development of future advocates for the profession.

APhA-APRS Networking Reception — $5,000
This reception provides an opportunity for members who conduct research in the economic, social and administrative sciences to discuss future projects and research presented at APhA2016.

APhA-APRS Research Achievement Award in the Pharmaceutical Sciences — $5,000
This award recognizes outstanding meritorious achievement in the pharmaceutical sciences. Contributions that are recognized by this award in 2016 will be in the areas of clinical sciences, which develop knowledge and integrate the process of science into the profession of pharmacy.

APhA Postgraduate Forum — $3,000
Individuals currently in graduate programs or contemplating graduate programs will discuss issues related to postgraduate programs.

APhA-APPM Nuclear Pharmacy Business/Breakfast Meeting — $2,500
This breakfast provides information on educational programming, legislative and regulatory activities, and practice based issues impacting nuclear pharmacists.
