Space available for miscellaneous meetings is split between the Music City Center and Omni Nashville. The core Educational programming, General Sessions, APhA and APhA-ASP House of Delegates, and Exposition take place at the Music City Center. Meetings and networking events are held at both the Music City Center and Omni Nashville. If you are planning events at both facilities, plan for approximately 5 minutes of travel time between the two. 

Events are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and after official APhA2018 events are placed.  You may schedule an event anytime during the conference except during the following:

  • Exclusive Exhibit Hall Hours
    • Friday, 7:00pm-9:00pm
    • Saturday and Sunday, 11:00am-3:00pm
  • APhA General Sessions
    • Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am-11:00am
